Starting The Return or Exchange Process:

If an item is delivered damaged or defective please keep all packaging and contact us

Returns or exchanges of brand new, unopened, completely factory sealed products are welcome within 30 days of delivery date. Unless an item is deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we do not accept any returns on used items. This includes but is not limited to items showing signs of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks, scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmed fuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contrary to manufacturers specifications, seats, etc.


Electrical parts and complete engines are not eligible for returns. 

All products are warranted against manufacturers defects. Many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Because issues are often solved over the phone via tech support, please call the manufacturer first. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer available. 

Follow these steps for your return or exchange:

If an item is returned for any reason other than being damaged or defective it is subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Step 1:  Request a return or exchange

Please contact us to request your return or exchange.  We will simply gather some basic information on the order which you would like to exchange or return.

Step 2:  Meeting Requirements

Double check that your item(s) meet the above requirements.  If there are special circumstances surrounding the reason for your return, please let us know prior to shipping the item back.

Step 3:  Shipping Your Return

You may use the original foxrivercycle.com box you received, or any plain box.  Except for items originally shipped in the manufacturer's packaging, simply place the return shipping label over the old one.  DO NOT write on the original manufacturer packaging.

Step 4:  Receiving your refund or exchange

Once your return is received at our location, we will process your return within 1-2 business days.  You will receive a confirmation that your account has been refunded or your new item for exchange has been shipped.

Do online retailers have to honor price mistakes?  In general, there's no law that requires companies to honor an advertised price if that price is wrong. Typographical errors, miscommunication and other glitches can result in items being offered at what appear to be deep discounts – discounts that would be ruinous for the company if it were forced to honor them.  We do our best to keep our information as accurate as possible.
